ANATOMIA

Mika (Karolina Kominek-Skuratowicz) comes back to Poland to visit her father gravely ill. Because of his condition, Mika’s father has lost part of his memory and he’s still convinced they still live together and that Mika is still a teenager. Mika indulges the situation for a while, helping him to find his way in the more and more dark maze of his memories. Mika starts a journey in her memories, shifting from past to present and heading to a path that will define herself. The movie is edited with different formats, digital, 35mm, VHS, infrared and footage archive to break the sense of time according to the condition of Mika’s father.

Daniel (Antonio Saboia) is a 40-year-old suspended from active police service because is under investigation for excessive use of violence. When Sara (Pedro Fasanaro), with whom he has a virtual love story, stops responding to his messages, he’s desperate and decides to go north looking for her. Daniel shows her photo to everyone, but no one recognizes her until a man tells him he can arrange a meeting with her but following particular rules…
