While the country is crossed by inexplicable blackouts, four characters cross their destinies on the streets of Istanbul, in a neighborhood targeted by housing speculation in full overbuilding: an aspiring dancer, a mother who tries to help the unjustly imprisoned son by all means, an artist-activist, a shady figurehead. Their lives are intertwined around a story of drugs. A very lucid photograph of today’s Turkey.
