The opening with Honey Cigar

Traveling with the courageous Venice Days
“Courage” is the keyword of these Venice Days. Films about «courage, or lack of courage» (underlines the Artistic Director Gaia Furrer) and connections beyond isolation, such as that of the lockdown: it is no coincidence that travelling is a further thread. Journeys through which the VD enhance their «international vocation» for the General Delegate Giorgio Gosetti, under the banner of «exploration and experimentation» according to the President Andrea Purgatori. The connections are between the arts too, as shown by the titles of the Venetian Nights, between music and theater, in the new setting (from the collaboration with Isola Edipo) of the Island of Authors.
