Elodie lands at the 79th Venice Film Festival.
The Italian singer will do her debut in Pippo Mezzapesa’s Mafia movie Ti mangio il cuore, in selection for Orizzonti and in theaters from September 22. She plays Marilena, a member of the Camporeale family, enemy of the Malatestas, who are at the center of the biggest feud in the Gargano Mafia. Francesco Patanè, Tommaso Ragno, Lidia Vitale, Francesco Di Leva and Michele Placido are also in the cast.
