Si apre ufficialmente la stagione dei premi del cinema: l’11 dicembre sono state annunciate le nominations ai Golden Globes, i riconoscimenti della stampa straniera a Los Angeles (HFPA) da sempre considerati la grande anticamera ai Premi Oscar. Il più nominato, con sette candidature, è The Shape of Water – La forma dell’acqua, il capolavoro di Guillermo Del Toro, già Leone d’Oro alla scorsa Mostra del Cinema di Venezia, seguito da Tre manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri e The Post, con sei candidature ciascuno. Ottimo risultato anche per Chiamami col tuo nome di Luca Guadagnino, che in Italia uscirà il 25 gennaio: 4 candidature, tra le quali quelle al miglior film drammatico e al miglior attore per Timothée Chalamet.
I Golden Globes 2018 verranno assegnati il 7 gennaio 2018.
