Saranno assegnati il prossimo 24 febbraio allo Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall di Los Angeles, poco prima degli Oscar, che in molti casi potrebbero confermare i premi che verranno assegnati ai SAG Awards 2024, che hanno appena rese pubbliche le nomination di una edizione particolarmente significativa. Ovviamente, per l’intenso anno e proteste che hanno portato il sindacato SAG-AFTRA a tenere in scacco Hollywood per mesi (fino al 9 novembre scorso), e che si spera di poter definitivamente considerare chiuso con le candidature annunciate dagli attori Kumail Nanjiani and Issa Rae e tra le quali spicca il SAG Life Achievement Award 2023 a Barbra Streisand.

A spiccare i due film della stagione, la coppia del “Barbenheimer“, appaiati per le quattro nomination ottenute da Barbie e Oppenheimer, e dai loro cast (controfigure comprese). A contendere loro il successo titoli come Killers of the Flower Moon, American Fiction o Il colore viola e i tanti grandi attori coinvolti. Come i tanti nomi di primo piano sparsi tra le candidature ‘televisive’, tra le cinque di Succession e quelle di inseguitori del calibro di Ted Lasso, The Bear o The Last of Us (quattro), The Crown, The Morning Show, Only Murders in the Building e gli altri che trovate di seguito.
